Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Return Shipping
